Established in 1996, G H Raisoni College of Engineering [GHRCE] is a premier Autonomous institution in the central India imparting a holistic technical education to the students residing not only in India but also international students. The institution has always been ranked amongst a well performing institution by National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), MHRD, Government of India. GHRCE achieved another milestone in NIRF 2024 Ranking by retaining the band of 151-200 in Engineering Category and upgraded the Ranking in Innovation Category in the band of 11-50. Author Guidelines

1. Full Paper Requirements
  • Minimum length: 4 pages (excluding references)
  • Maximum length: up to 10–12 pages
  • Only full-length research papers are accepted.
  • No review articles, literature surveys, abstracts, or extended abstracts will be accepted.
2. Originality
  • Submissions must be original and unpublished.
  • Papers must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • All papers will be checked for plagiarism using standard tools (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate) — similarity must be within acceptable limits as per Springer policy.
3. Peer-Review Process
  • Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent expert reviewers from the Technical Program Committee.
  • Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity, and significance of results.

  • Authors must register on the submission platform before uploading their manuscript.

Call for Papers – ICES 2025

Important Announcement

It is planned to publish the peer-reviewed and selected papers of the conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series (https://link.springer.com/series/7818). Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers, and only those that pass will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts, extended abstracts, and short papers (less than 4 pages) will not be considered for publication.
