About Conference

The 3rd International Conference on Innovative Practices in Business (ICIPB-2025) will be held on 28th–29th November 2025, organized by the Department of Management Studies and the Centre of Excellence in Supply Chain Management, G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, India .

ICIPB-2025 aims to bring together academicians, researchers, industry experts, and policymakers to explore innovative business practices and emerging trends. Publication Opportunities

Original Contributions in the form of Research Papers, Articles and Case Studies are invited on the areas within each indicative track or any other areas relevant to the conference theme. Review of Management Literature (Emerald Publishing, Scopus cite score-3.9) have shown interest in considering top reviewed papers from our conference. The publication fee if any shall be over and above registration and shall be borne by the author. All the abstract shall be published in the form of a conference proceedings bearing ISBN.

Paper Submission Guidelines

The full papers must contain an abstract of maximum 200 - 250 words, which should include the following sections: purpose of the research, motivation, methodology, main results, and practical implications. The authors should clearly indicate the theme under which they want their paper to be considered. Conceptual Papers/ Empirical Papers/ Theoretical Papers should be between 4000-5000 words long, while Case Studies may be between 3000-4000 words. Author of the Case study will be required to submit Teaching Note along with the Case. All the submissions received as per the guidelines will be double-blind reviewed.

The papers should be submitted in PDF format, in font Times New Roman and 12 points, with a 1.5 line spacing. The Title/Cover Page should contain the Paper Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Contact Details (e-mail ID & phone number). The authors should clearly mention whether they are full time faculty members or research scholars or practitioners in their affiliation.
