Area of Interest: Consumer Behaviour, Customer Relationship Management, E-commerce. Concept Selling, Marketing of Financial Products, Sales Team Management.

Having a teaching experience of around 9 years, prior to this had a corporate experience of more than 12 years in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Team Management at Delhi & NCR. Some of the publications in form of research paper and case study are as follows; Submitted research paper titled, “Customer Satisfaction Index Measurement for Customers of Tier II Cities of India for B2C, E-Commerce using American Customer Satisfaction Index [ACSI] Model”, for publication in the Scopus indexed International Journal of Business and Globalisation in May 2019. The paper is still under review. Presented Case Study titled, “Idle Inventory”, at Global Summit on Management Cases [GSMC-2016] at Indian Institute of Management [IIM], Raipur, held during 5th – 6th February, 2016 at IIM Raipur. The Case was published in “ET–CASES” (The Times of India Group publication) with ISBN: 978-81-931001-3-4.

Pursued Faculty Development Program (FDP) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. It was a NPTEL online certification course on “Marketing Research and Analysis – II” during Jan – April 2020.Pursued a consulting survey work of 138 closed units at MIDC, Hingana, Nagpur during January 2015, on behalf of Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (MCED), Nagpur.
