• Paper should be of good scientific quality. ITM Web of Conferences Journals only consider work that has not been published and is not being considered for publication elsewhere. For being considered in the journal, an article should be:
  • Basically, correct and sound
  • Original (not published elsewhere)
  • Comprehensive to the general readership of the journal
  • A scientific work that was presented at the conference
  • Subject to peer-review before acceptance
  • More than an extended abstract
  • In line with the scope of ITM Web of Conferences
• Make sure that your article is more than an abstract. They are longer than an abstract or a short report (3-4 pages min) - there is no maximum limit of pages. However, make sure that your contents is relevant, useful to the community and with no redundant information. Your article should be written in English
• Plagiarism of any type, if detected, will lead to rejection of the articles anytime.
• Web of Conferences editorial team is equally authorized not to accept an article because of the poor quality
• At least one author of an accepted paper must register.
• Presentation through Cisco Webex is allowed for Indian and foreign authors.

Step 1: Paper Format Guidelines

• Word Format 17 x 25 cm, one column 170 x 250 mm paper size
• LaTeX2e. The macropackage in LaTex2e, designed for Web of Conferences, Latex format ITM Web of Conferences

Content of Manuscript

• Title
  Manuscripts must be submitted with a full title which appears at the top of the article. The title should reflect the contents of the paper and be specific, descriptive, concise, and comprehensible to readers outside the subject field (please avoid abbreviation and a title written in capital letters).
• Authors and Affiliations
  Make sure that your list of authors is properly presented
  • The authors should specify in the article their first and last names and relevant addresses (department, university / organization, city, state/province and country).
  • The list of co-authors should remain unchanged after a final decision is made by the Editors.
  • Pay special attention to the structured of the authors' names in the list of authors. For instance, in the following example, “Di” is the surname (or name) while “Jiaying” is the given- name (or first name) The given-name (or first name) must be written in ITALIC. E.g Jiaying Di
  • The way authors' names are structured will have an impact on the indexation. If you make a mistake there, your names will not be properly indexed.
  A complete (academic) affiliation must be mentioned [Department, Institution, City, and Country] Example to follow:

• Abstract
  The abstract should describe the main objective(s) of the study. It should be informative and report the main results and conclusions.
• Introduction
  The introduction should provide background that puts the manuscript into context and allows readers outside the field to understand the purpose and significance of the study. It should define the problem addressed and explain why it is important
• Figures
  Authors who reproduce a figure or a table from another publication should clearly indicate the origin of the article and should also obtain the permission for reproduction from the author(s) and publisher concerned. Each figure and table should be cited in the text. Each figure and table should have a caption. The number of figures is not limited. However, it is important to make sure that all figures are necessary, not redundant, and well designed. The quality of the digital images should be at least 300 dpi for figures that will be published in a paper version and at least 150 dpi if it’s only an online version
• References
  • Online references will be linked to their original source via CrossRef only if they are correctly formatted. If available, a DOI number must be joined to the reference, e.g. Lohrasebi, T. Koslowski, Modeling water purification by an aquaporin-inspired graphene-based nano-channel. J. Mol. Model. 25, 280 (2019). https://doi.org/10.1007/s00894-019-4160-y
  • References must contain the full title of the cited articles, e.g. Nicolas, J.-L. Barrat, J. Rottler, Effects of inertia on the steady-shear rheology of disordered solids. Phys. Rev. Lett. 116, 058303 (2016)
  • All references must be cited in the text by placing sequential numbers in brackets (for example, [1], [2, 5, 7], [8-10]). They must be numbered in the reference list in the order in which they are mentioned in the text.
  • This list must contain timely, accurate and relevant references. Ensure that a set of references doesn't excessively point to the same author(s) or the same publication with the intention to artificially increase the citations of certain authors. This precaution applies to a single article or a series of articles. ITM Web of Conference team will carry out additional checks to eliminate any risk of citation manipulation that could affect the integrity and image of the journal.
  • A maximum of 15 references per article is allowed into the list. The same list can only contain a maximum of 3 citations to proceedings articles.
  • Comments and notes are usually not allowed in the references; they should be placed as footnotes.
  • Papers should come from various international collaborations,

Step 2: Submit For Review

• Create / sign up for Microsoft CMT* login account if you do not have one. * The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
• Fill proper metadata of the article in CMT as they exist in your article. Title, Abstract, Keywords, list of authors (in order) and subject area should be mentioned in CMT while submitting.
• You will be assigned a unique article ID of your submitted article, which you should remember and use for any correspondence.

Step 3: AFTER ACCEPTANCE

• Please Note that after Acceptance Notification you cannot withdraw your paper from AIBTR 2025
• Paying Registration Fee: Calculate the registration fee according to your type of authorship (Academia includes Professor / Faculty / Research Scholars / PG Student; Indian Author (Industry); Author from Outside India) and make payment using Online Payment available at home page of the website.
• Do not forget to send scanned copy of the online payment receipt on email: aibtr@raisoni.net
• Mailing the following items in .zip / .rar format to icraibtr@raisoni.net
• The Camera ready Article files, only in prescribed MS Word format.
• Scanned copy of filled in Registration Form.
• Scanned copy of filled in Copyright Form.
• Proof of studentship.
• Scanned copy of registration fee receipt: Demand Draft/Cheque/Online Payments. The mail must bear the subject line as: “Registration of article AIBTR-2025-XXX”.

• DO NOT submit multiple copies of same article, which will cause rejection.
• Papers are to be submitted through the Microsoft CMT portal link .
