Background & Rationale

The implementation of India’s National Education Policy (NEP 2020) demands systemic transformation in higher education institutions across four critical clusters: Quality & Accreditation, Research & Innovation, Faculty Capacity Building, and Skill Development & Employability. This conference aims to create a national platform bringing together policymakers, institutional leaders, researchers, industry experts, accreditation bodies, and faculty members to deliberate on actionable strategies for NEP-driven institutional excellence.

By integrating the principles of ANRF–PAIR, this conference seeks to promote a culture of high-quality research, encourage multi-institutional collaboration, innovation & actionable policy frameworks to enhance institutional excellence & global competitiveness. This is especially crucial for achieving the goals of Viksit Maharashtra, where quality education, impactful research, and enhanced employability are key drivers of sustainable development.
